14 Man Static Welfare Unit with Office – Poplar Static Welfare Hire

This container conversion has been carefully designed for a site which requires a little more than a standard static. Crucially we have upgraded to a 10KVA generator with a 16amp socket fitted just inside the door to power, tools or even a small office.

Our 14 Man static welfare unit is comprised of a canteen comfortably seating 12 people, a separate office easily seating 2 people, private toilet facility and warm room/generator area. The robust and secure static welfare unit is powered by a 10KVA diesel generator and is suitable for all environments whether its short-term job or long-term project.

We have a separate office for your site supervisor equipped with 12volt LED light, double plug powered by an invertor (which eliminates the need to have the genny running to run computer etc), large pin board, desk and chair with a large window to keep an eye on things. 

Canteen area has everything you would expect with comfort and space for up to 12man. Complete with 12volt LED lights and a 12volt diesel heater allowing the generator to be turned off once the kettle has boiled and food heated in the microwave. Once the genny has run the hot water heater will supply warm water on demand to the canteen and toilet sinks via a 12volt pump. 

We have a 300watt solar panel on the roof to keep the 12volt system fully topped up and a 240-volt charger as backup resulting in this cabin having everything you need without going overboard on the tech, which will eventually let the user down at some point! 

Welfare unit is fitted during manufacturing with a high spec insulation designed to keep you warm in the winter and cool in summer

The toilet room is fitted with a 12V Led light comes with a standard recirculating waste tank which will be serviced & emptied weekly to the highest standard

The anti-vandal unit is delivered to site via hiab, fitted with steel doors and windows protected by steel shutters, which are locked internally and can only be opened from the inside.

Manufactured by Poplar, this 20ftx8ft container conversion meets HSE & CDM requirements and offers you the flexibility of powering another adjacent unit such as additional office, toilet block or tools reducing the need for an additional generator.
